About Stay Visible

Since 2000, private companies and universities have relied on Stay Visible, LLC to bring added value to marketing programs by providing in-depth knowledge, expertise and resources.  Promotional products represent your institution when you can't be there; they can be crucial to communicating your message or brand name.  To realize goals, promotional product programs must be carefully planned, taking into consideration the audience, objective, theme and budget.  We'll keep you from getting caught up in the latest trends when choosing a promotional product, and help you choose an item appropriate to your company or what supports your campaign/theme rather than one based on uniqueness, price or perceived value.

What Makes Us Different?

Stay Visible, LLC is not defined by the products that we can procure, but rather by the way we recommend and use them to directly address the needs, wants, desires and concerns of our clients.

Frequently Asked Questions about the services we provide:

Q: What are promotional products?

A: Promotional products include useful or decorative merchandise that can be imprinted with a company name, logo or message.

Q: Who uses promotional products?

A: Everyone!! Promotional merchandise can be used in many different ways. The more common uses for imprintables include trade shows, incentive programs, company stores, public awareness and new product introductions. Promotional products also can be used for fundraising activities as vehicles to generate income; corporate dinner dances, weddings, parties, etc. The list is endless!

Q: Why use promotional products?

A: Imprinted materials contain a logo or message that can be seen by both large and small audiences. The more your information gets out there, the more it will be remembered. When promotional products are used as gifts, they are appreciated, retained and used. For employees, personalized items create a sense of belonging and loyalty.

Q: How can we find the best product to suit our needs?

A: Help is just a phone call away. Tell us about your target audience, your objective and time constraints and we'll make it easy to narrow down your choices. Through effective communication, we'll find something to fit your budget and help you get the results you need.

Q: We're not sure if you do this or not, but…?

A: Yes we can! We have more than 4,000 suppliers at our fingertips that offer the most extensive line of products from which to choose. We can tailor any ideas you may have, or we can provide all the ideas for you.

Q: What if we don't know what to imprint on a product we choose?

A: No problem. We can create an idea for you and put it to print. We offer full design services. From graphics, copywriting, design and printing of direct mail pieces to advertisements, sell sheets, brochures, collateral material and stationery.

Q: What is camera-ready artwork?

A: Camera-ready art is any drawing, photo, illustration or lettering suitable for photographic reproduction. A .jpeg image or .tif file is not considered to be in a true art format. Our suppliers that require the artwork, accept files created in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

Q: What is a set-up fee?

A: It is the cost of preparing your "imprint" for the press. In most cases, there is a rubber or metal image carrier that transfers ink to the item.

Q: What is debossing?

A: Debossing is the depression of an image into a material such as leather or suede. The image sits below the product surface. Sometimes the depressed image can be filled with an ink color.

Q: What is a die charge?

A: A die is a mold into which metal, plastic or other material is formed to make a specific shape.

Q: What happens if we want to re-order the same product, but would like to make one minor change in the imprint that was previously done?

A: Depending upon the change, you could incur an entirely new set-up fee or die charge. Here's a good example to give you an idea. Think of it in terms of cookie cutters. You cut out and bake a batch of cookies in the shape of a circle. You decide that they should have been in the shape of an oval. Do you break off the sides of the circular cookie to make it look like an oval? No. You get a new cookie cutter and start from scratch again.
